As a SHRM Certified HR Professional, Eileen has held management roles in human resources, quality assurance, finance and business management. She is a talented multi-faceted professional with a proven record of designing, implementing and optimizing and automating business processes to support company growth.

With a passion for supporting small business and start-ups, Eileen sees the “big picture” allowing her to build teams, foster collaboration, define processes and implement systems to prevent redundancy and develop a streamlined approach.

Outside of work Eileen is a dog mom who enjoys traveling, quilting, cooking, eating great food and spending time with family.
